Hope there's still room on the bandwagon...

Sometimes I'm dull... sometime I deserve a big, fat "told you so..."

I've heard and read about Brandi Carlile so many times that I can't really count (Lostinco I apologize in advance :P)
and never take 2 minutes of my time to actually listen to her music... gosh am I stupid or what??
Or more precisely... I did listen a couple of songs but didn't quite "fell in love" like many others. Seriously i dunno what was on my mind...maybe to many years of folks music were tearing me off...

Then yesterday while driving back home from the gym I hear this* on the radio..

Yeah.. Bite me.. I know, musically speaking I've been living under a rock since 1998..

Now after a couple of youtube videos I'm officially on the Brandi's bandwagon...
downloaded her last 2 albums and I'm ready to worship her...

I mean... what a wonderful, wonderful voice...

Plus she's family... and has not one, but two Auryn's tattoo
I mean... what's not to like :D

PS. The fact that I was deeply moved by that song is not only imputable to Brandi's energy and passion in singing those lyrics... for the "moved" part I'm entirely blaming my girlfriend... she's making me sappy and emotionally vulnerable.. and I'm loving it :D
